DIGICROP2020 attracts 950 participants and generates over 8,500 views of the videos

The new flagship conference DIGICROP organized by the Cluster of Excellence “PhenoRob” has attracted 950 registered participants from all over the world. The live event on November 10 was organized in three parallel tracks which were continuously visited by 200-250 participants. The 51 video talks and 6 keynotes which covered a wide range of different topics were streamed live into ZOOM via a central conferencing system set up by the Cluster. In contrast to a classical conference format, the organizers opted for longer Q&A sessions to enable interesting discussions on the topic of the conference. As of November 10, the video talks have already generated over 8,500 views. All talks are freely accessible on the conference website at https://digicrop.de/talks/. Open access to all talks gives even those who have missed the live event an excellent opportunity to get a comprehensive overview of the field of digital technologies for sustainable crop production.

Members of the PhenoRob technical support team stream live into all four corners of the world.
